Where possible as much urban regeneration should be used, rather than keep nibbling away at areas around Capstone for example.
And potentially look at having a new large village, rather than lots of smaller developments.

High streets do need regenerating. if people can visit a health centre in a high street they are more likely to stay and so some shopping.
And High streets could be good starter homes.
Parking should be affordable to encourage people to visit.

Having a sense of community and belonging is important.
Medway should be proud of its history and encourage the appreciation of its past. ie the forts, dockyard.
The river is important. We should have a riverside walk.
The wildlife we have needs protection.
