More focus on devising specific health strategies should be made : by working clsoely with Primary Care and providers; agree the specification of metrics which are personalised e.g. 45% of people will engaged with personal fitness plans which seek specific healthy outcomes e.g 75% of population will be regarded as of healthy wait, deaths by heart disease will have decreased by 50%
