The roads and traffic are already diabolical and will only get worse with more housing. Medway does not have the infrastructure, one hospital and not enough doctors etc. The housing that is currently being built is so expensive that no locals can afford them except Londoners or "Buy to Rent" landlords. The only people benefiting are the greedy landowners and developers. We shall loose more open green spaces and wildlife. How will this improve physical and mental wellbeing in the future? I don't want to live in a concrete jungle.
