Medway Local Plan (Regulation 18, 2023)
Prepared for a sustainable and green future

A sustainable and green future will not be achieved by building on green sites including the Capstone valley. Please consider the environment and wildlife in the area. I am distressed by the thought of the local countryside being destroyed and used for construction of yet more dwellings. Please consider the immense impact on mental and physical health of the population if our green spaces are not protected and nurtured.

Please consider the protection of our green spaces and rural areas. The Medway community needs access to countryside and green space for the benefit of mental and physical health. I am distressed to contemplate the destruction of our countryside and nature. Please, please do not allow our beautiful Capstone Valley to be desecrated. Our children and future generations should not suffer the loss of the countryside and the benefit of open rural areas.
