I am a resident of High Halstow. I wish to make it absolutely clear that the parcels of land, both to the east and to the south of High Halstow, shown for possible development, are entirely unsuitable. The transport and environmental infrastructure cannot sustain further development beyond it's present level. The HiF money that has now been withdrawn makes any further development of the Hoo Peninsula a non-starter. As stated the environmental impact and well as the air quality would have a detrimental affect on the quality of life for all! Our fields are for growing food, not concreting over.
