You can only prioritise Car joineries over public transport where you have an efficient, reliable, regular and integrated public transport system. This is not currently the case for Medway.

e-scooters should not be included in the local plan until the safety and legal issues are resolved. The will need to be current register and regulated to ensure safe usage and taht they do not become a danger to themselves of other users.
