Policy S24: Infrastructure Delivery

Representation ID: 3837

Received: 08/09/2024

Respondent: Mrs Sue Bassett

Representation Summary:

Road infrastructure is in a poor state. The standard of existing roads is appalling. Congestion is serious during peak times and increasingly at other times during the day. How will the new developments feed into these congested areas? What is the role of the council in improving infrastructure from the new developments? There looks to be a significant "get out" for developers not to build the necessary infrastructure.
