I think building on the peninsula would be adding to pollution as the area is reliant on cars for transport.
Also any large amounts of building on the peninsula must cause harm to the environment and affect the
Protected SSSIs and other international known areas of environmental and scientific importance.
Not sure that will enhance our carbon footprint.

I can agree with most of the above but I am worried about being delivered but am sceptical about being able to
Build the targets set by the government as I think they are just not realistic and unobtainable.
Also these in structure must be put in before any housing is build.
Infrastructure is key to any development going forward.

I think I agree that Good quality infrastructure and services must be in place before
any building or development goes ahead to have the least impact on local communties.
All brownfield and urban sites must be exhausted before we even look at building on any greenfield or green belt land.
I am all for green energy technology and efficient building construction.
But it comes to building the right type for house in the area and quality not quantity .

As has been expressed before protected areas of environmental importance must be protect from
any development that will detrimental effect on them.
Rural areas and their unique character must be valued and protected at all cost.
We do need to get the most of our beautiful river for social and economic growth I think it is a
not fully utilised resource for Medway.

Any homes delivered must be high quality energy efficient and the right blend of housing
Enhancing not harming the uniqueness of that particular part of medway.
Provision for the travelling community must be included to stop any problems we have encounter in the past.
A great importance must made for our elderly population to make sure there is sufficient housing for whatever there need is.

I prefer option one with a few reservations but keeping Chatham Docks out and the protection of rural communities is paramount.
