Gone through with Senior Landscape Officer. Can't see any reference to garden size standards? Also outdoor space for flats that is actually usable and of suitable size. Need to consider east or west facing so that the outdoor space isn't always in the shadows on flat complexes.

Green & Blue is not just about "semi-natural greenspace" - all public open space contributes from formal gardens, allotments etc. They can all join up to be part of the network.

We will be updating the Playing Pitch Strategy and this needs to be reflected here. Also referenced elsewhere. Perhaps say it "will identify the need..."
You could also include the 2025 Local Football Facilities Plan shows the need for 8 new full size 3G football pitches and the community facilities updated alongside.

What is the definition of "publicly accessible open space"? Are sports club land and school playing fields also protected? They currently are under the Protected Open Space policy so would expect them to be going forward.

Having read through this with the Senior Landscape Officer, the ordering of the points needs to be amended so that the more important points are closer to the top - point f needs to be above c so the emphasis is more on what is expected and the exceptional circumstances is the last point.
