Do we need a condensed table showing the FiT standards we would expect for Medway which shows the breakdown of all the typologies, including play? We had that in Reg 18, also with the addition of allotments. Just think it might make it clearer? Perhaps bring back the table into the policy itself? We can refer developers to the full FiT guide. Best we discuss before it goes on to the next stage?

I have previously sent comments on Capstone Valley and Rainham and raised my concerns about the lack of overall open space, particularly around outdoor sport provision. We will have to wait for the new Playing Pitch Strategy and Built Facilities Plan to be able to determine what will be required for each individual site allocation as it will be evidence based on current and future demand. I don't believe you can just state off-site, school community use agreement etc now as will need more on-site. Question just 2 pitches for Strood? We don't know yet what the requirement will be.
