E scooters have been banned in Canterbury after a few weeks experiment. They are deadly.
Electronic bikes (not healthy) , lack of cycle lanes in Medway, plus they should not be tied into Travel Plans. They can be
controlled by EV chargers. ERV charging is in the Building regs for new houses no longer 20%.
