After long consideration of this initial presentation, my feeling is that this isn’t a plan for people living in Medway, it’s a plan for people who currently don’t. By focusing so much on new house building it misses completely the needs of people who live here now; they want services, infrastructure; health facilities and education for their children and grandchildren. Housing, housing and more housing makes it feel like a place I want to move away from and not a place I want to stay the rest of my life in. The emphasis needs to dramatically change.
