Urban regeneration is where the focus should be, absolutely not turning any patch of green space into housing. Medway is already being used as an overspill for London HA's please stop turning Medway into London

This is the problem in a nutshell, redevelopment of brownfield sites are the answer however private developers do not want the degradation to their margins by non-productive cost. Central government has a duty to make these sites more attractive to developers

Yes, agree with all of that which makes both sites ridiculous choices for development without substantial infrastructure development not to mention losing two beautiful green spaces that we will never get back once lost

Yes, both ideas are crazy and wholly self-centred. Not only will both destroy the charm of the area be ruinous for wildlife but plainly the sites are totally unsuitable beyond being a cash generation exercise for the landowner and developer
