Sites are never too small. Extensions to Villages appears to be the first line of defence. Development briefs are problematical. Any where you are out with the Medway Towns conurbation sustainable travel is effectively negative. Small sites lose out every time when close to Villages. The Amazon development business park has many initiatives such as dedicated buses for employees. Consultations with larger employers is essential in Village localities.
