Supportive of this spatial strategy - in terms of outcomes I think theres a need more focus on affordability of housing and the need for development to ensure delivery of affordable housing, particualrly for those in Medway on low incomes.

SGO 3 on balance appears to be the best outcome - providing sustainable medium density growth in core urban areas and more sustainable suburban growth. However a significant step change in sustainable public transport is required - current policy path will not acheive this.
