Toughen your licencing applications. Stick to your H7 stipulations. Sort out Article 4 so the developers do not think they can do what they like. Inform and consultant the neighbours.

Prevent any further building on green spaces. Medway is already at compacity and the open spaces left are of vital importance to wildlife, peoples mental health and enjoyment. repurpose or renovate existing buildings for good quality low cost housing as studio flats or shared accommodation.

Legally compliant? Yes
Sound? No
Duty to co-operate? No
I do not understand what is meant by this comment. All communities need safe housing, green spaces and local amenities. Why would a particular group need anything special? What would you propose for different sectors? Why would the housing or infrastructure be different?

Medway's infrastructure does not support the amount of traffic at the present. Through the towns, because of the sheer weight of traffic, congestion is common. Medway is not equipped to handle any more homes, especially where families have over one car. Air quality, noise and safety are hazards faced at present.
