Again I have no idea what the answers are when objecting. Really who understands this! New builds are profit making for the builder. They are never affordable for the general people of Medway. They eat up land without solving the ever growing problem. Repurpose buildings. Help get poor housing into a liveable state. Housing led growth supporting wider investment, I disagree. It creates lifeless soulless communities with more stress on parking and travel.

I support re purposing, but then you want to attract people down from London? What about the people here from Medway who need housing.
