I support the split in affordable housing provision depending on value. Not seen this anywhere else before so possible a first. I hope it holds up at inspection! The figure should be viewed as a minimum. Should a viability assessment be required to ensure developers aren’t cheating us?

Should be supported close to the universities. I’d like to see a requirement that pbsa is integrated into a mixed use development site/ area. Sites that are purely pbsa are barren for most of the year! Need to create a student area to discourage HMOS.

Policy should not be prescriptive to 100+ development. It won’t be delivered. Should instead be pragmatic and realistic when assessed against the waiting list. Most people wanting self build want plots on exiting roads or in countryside!
