Residential dev above new stores should be encountered to create a community. Like in faverhsam or whitstable. The precinct is so out of keeping. The high street needs to be pedestrianised or made 1 way. Encourage visitors and made it nice! Parking should be put underground. So much of the precinct is parking! What about park/ public square that’s worth having a coffee in!!
